Modification No. I to Task Order No. 217 entitled, "NRR-WIDE PROJECT MANAGER'S HANDBOOK DEVELOPMENT" Under Contract No. NRC-03-95 026 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance of the task order from February 28, 1998 through September 30, 1998, at no extra cost to the Government. Accordingly, the subject task order is hereby modified as follows:
The second; paragraph, first sentence, as stated in the basic task order, beginning with " Task Order No. 217. '.." is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:

" Task Order No. 217 shall be in effect May 27, 1997 through September 30, 1998."
It is hereby agreed that no increase in the ceiling amount of the subject task k
order relative to this extension shall be required. The issesnce of this modification does not amend any terms or conditions of the subject Task Order.
