Dear Mr. Hogg:
The subject Task Order expired on August 31,1994, and we arv !n!tiating closeout action. However, pending completion of all required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under Task Or4r No.1 for other j
immediate agency requirements. Therefore, the purpose of this modification is to decrease the amount obligated by the_ Commission with respect to Task Order No.1 by
$629.11 from $30,729.00 to $30,099.89.,
Accordingly, Task Order No.1 is hereby revised as follows:
- Paragraph 3 of the definitization letter dated, February 18,1994, is deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"The obligated amount of this task order is $30,099.89."

- This modification deobligates FY 94 funds in the amount of ($629.11).
All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
Please indicate your acceptance of this task order modification by having an official who is authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document. You should retain one fully executed copy for your files, and return two copies to the address below within ten (10) days from the date of this letter.

Nuclear Regulatory Commission Division of Contracts and Property Management Office of Administration CLOSEOUT, M3 T-712 Washington, D.C. 20555 in addition, please complete the enclosed Property Certification form as well as the reports required by the clauses on the contract reL'ted to Patents, Copyrights and Royalties and return them to the above mentioned ~ address. If negative reports are appropriate, statements to that effect are required.
You are also requested to complete the enclosed forms regarding Final Release, Gensral Assignments and Certification of proceeds from refunds, rebates, credits and ather amounts as required by the contract.
When the final cost determination has been made, you will be notified and asked to submit your final invoice.
