Containment inspection Program Cooper Nuclear Station, NRC Docket 50 298, DPR-46 The purpose of this letter is to request review and approval of the enclosed Comainment inspection Program relief requests The relief requests were prepared using the draR lilectric Power llescarch Institute Containment inspection Guideline. Although 10CFR50 55a(g)(6)(II)(5) does not require the Containment inspection Program to be subcnitted, we are providing a copy as supporting information in order to effectively plan for the RefueFng Outage 18, when we will begin implementation of the nrogram, the District requests NRC approval of the enclosed Containment inspection Program relief requests by June 1,1998.
