Consequently, we approved your revised procedures on July 19, 1986, for the extended activities based on our review of your proposal and written evaluation pursuant to 10 CFR 50.59.
He concluded that the margin of safety as previously analyzed was not reduced, and the activity did not constitute an unreviewed safety question.
