CONTRACT NO. NRC-08-97-302, TASK ORDER NO. 4, ENTITLED, "CUAEPP I&C SAFETY REVIEW TRAINING PROGRAM"- MODIFICATION NO.1 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance for the subject task order through June 30,1999, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government, to accommodate a delay in performance of the effort. This delay was not due to the fault of Scientech, but is t
attributable to temporary suspension of funding by the U.S. AID. Accordingly, the task order is j
hereby modified to read as follows:
1 The first sentence of paragraph 2 of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 4 shall be in effect from June 29,1998 though June 30,1999, with a cost ceiling of $89,494."
1 All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
A summary of obligations from the award date through the date of this action are provided below:
