15, 1986, in which you requested, This is in to pursuant response to your the Freedom letter datedAct of Information May(F0IA), specified documentation on Gadolinium-153 sealed sources pertaining to five corporations which you identified in your letter.
A search of pertinent files did not reveal any documents on Isotope Products Laboratories.
The enclosed Appendix A identifies documents which are being placed in the NRC's Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555.
The documents will be filed in PDR folder F01A-86-351 under your name. The records regarding Amersham and New England Nuclear were addressed in our response to a related F0IA request, F01A-86-207. The records that were disclosed are filed ir. PDR folder F0IA-86-207 under the name of Roughan. We are enclosing a notice that provides charges and procedures for obtaining records from the PDR.
For your information, Biosources and Gulf Nuclear products are licensed by the State of New Hampshire and Texas, respectively, as they are located in Agreement States. Enclosed is a listing of Agreement States for your assistance in writing to State officials for records in which you are interested.
