)Aananoment Action:
Management actions to enhancing the Fitness for Duty Program during this reporting period were:
Management made an overall decision to have the Medical FFD newsletter distributed e
at all sites by a representative from each site. The newsletter's name was
- Medical FFD/ Report" but now has been changed to " Access".
FFD procedures and instructions were renumbered, updated, reviewed and issued. All sites have standardized instructions and procedures to the same numbering system.
Fitness for Dutv initiatives Taken:
Provided assistance to River Bend during RFO7.
Presently, there is one contractor remaining in the follow up program. Two company employees completed the program.
Random testing rate during this period was $1.6% Yearly testing rate is 51.6%
EMectiveness Evaluation:
The Fitness for Duty organization continues to update and revise procedures based on operating experience, industry lessons leamed and QA audits, including those conducted at other nuclear sites, as part of the continual process of maintaining an effective program.
