MODIFICATION NO. 3 TO TASK ORDER NO. 029 UNDER CONTRACT NUMBER NRC-03-98-021
Dear Ms. Beckman:
The purpose of this modification is to change one of the Key Personnel under the subject task order from Mr. Farouk Baxter to Mr. Babu Gupta, as requested in Contractor's e-mail dated 01/29/99, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Accordingly, the task order is modified as follows:
"The following individuals are considered to be essential to the successful performance of work under this task order: Mr. Babu Gupta and Mr. Haywood Anderson. The Contractor agrees that such personnel shall not be removed from the offort under the task order without compliance with Contract Clause H.4., Key Personnel."
The issuance of this modification does not amend any other terms or conditions of the subject task order, including the ceiling amount of $75,634.07.
