~ Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventative actions documented in your letter.
In regards to equipment that is no longer in operation, the required semi-annual check of the on-off mechanism and indicator is not required as long as the equipraent is out of service.
However, when placed back in service the required tests are to be corducted prior to using
.the equipment.
