Modification No. 4 to Task Orr'er No. 37 Entitled, " Individual Plant Examination (IPE) Reviews - Internal Events - Human Factors Only (ANO 2)" under Contract No. NRC-04-91-069-The subject task order expired cn 3/31/96 and we are initiating closecut action. However, pending completion of all-required closecut requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under this task order for other imediate agency requirements.
The purJose of this modification is to deobligate excess funds.
The ceiling is here]y decreased by $1,680,93 from $19,683.70 to $18,002.77.
The amount of
$16,714.85 represents the total estimated reintiursable cost. The amount of
