On February 13,1998, you provided comments regarding Inspection Manual Temporary Instruction 2515/137,' Inspection of Medium Voltage and Low-Voltage Metalclad Circuit Breakers." It is the NRC's policy not to solicit or to use industry comments on matters relating to management of the inspection program. However, some of the concoms that you expressed in your letter were similar to intemal commerkts, and are addressed in a forthcoming revision to Inspection Manual Temporary Instruction 2515/137.
