Dear Mr. Patuiski:
This letter confirms the discussion between Mr. Michael Kunowski of this office and Ms. Fritzle Flentje of your staff to have a routine management meeting on March 10,1998, at 10:00 a.m. (CST) at the NRC Region 111 Office in Lisle, Illinois.
The purpose of the meeting is to oiscuss the station problem reporting and corrective action process, the results of a root cause analysis for a recent transformer failure, and other engineering issues. The meeting is open to the public, immediately following the first meeting, a second meeting will be held to discuss planned improvements to the security program and wili include information required to be protected by 10 CFR 73.21. This meeting is not open to the public We will gladly discuss any questions you may have conceming this matter.
