NRC INSPECTION
Dear Mr. Lukaszesvicz:
This refers to the inspection conducted on November 20,1997, at Anheuser-Busch, Inc. in St. Louis, Missouri. The purpose of the inspection was to determine whether activities authorized by the license were conducted safely and in accordance with NRC requirements.
At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with you and members of your staff.
The inspecilon was an examination of actions described in your July 24,1997 letter and June 13, 1997 wntien report, regarding apparent violations found during our May 16 through June 23,1997 inspection. The inspection did not identify violations of NRC requirements.
The inspection determined that, in response to violations identified during our May 16 through June 23,1997 inspection, you implemented a revised procedure for the removal of nuclear gauges and provided pers'nnel with training on the revision. You have, therefore, addressed these violations and we have no further questions regarding your specified corrective actions at this time.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practices," a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
