requirements was identified.
In accordance with the " General Statement of Policy and Procedure for NRC Enforcement Actions," 10 CFR Part 2, Appendix C, the violation is listed below:
10 CFR 31.5(c)(3) require, in part, that the general licensee shall assure that installation, servicing, and removal from installation involving the radioactive materials, its shielding or containment, are performed in accordance with the instructions provided by the labels or by a person holding a specific license pursuant to Parts 30 and 32 of this chapter or from an Agreement State to perform such activities.

Specifically, during the weekend of November 19-20, 1994, two Ohmart thickness gauges containing approximately 1200 millicuries of krypton-85, were removed from the licensee's facility by a person not holding a specific license pursuant to 10 CFR Parts 30 and 32 or from an Agreement State to perform such activities.
