POTENTIAL REVISION TO 10 CFR 50.65(a)(3) OF THE MAINTENANCE RULE TO REQUIRE LICENSEES TO PERFORM SAFETY ASSESSMENTS During the 448th meeting of the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards, February 5-7,1998, the Committee considered the potential revision to 10 CFR 50.65(a)(3) of the Maintenance Rule. The Committee decided to review this matter following reconciliation of public comments.
