Dear Ms. Hodge:

The subject contract expired on August 16,1995, and we are initiating closeout action.

However, pending completion of all requirea closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under Task Order No. 2 of this contract for other immediate agency requirements. Therefore, enclosed for your review and execution are three (3) signed copies of the subject modification deobligating excess funds in the mount ofn540.00. The deobligation amount does not include that part of the fixed fee not yet paid and still owed to you under the contract terms.
