Among the documents trans-ritted was a " Statement of the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission before the Subcommittee on Energy of the Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs United States House of Repre-sentatives Concerning Perry Earthquake."
The transmittal let-ter, however, inadvertently failed to list that document as being among those transmitted.
