ACTION: Notice.
SUMMARY
- This notice is to advise the public of the issuance of a Final Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the Department of Energy (DOE). The purpose of the MOU is to continue the unique statutorily founded relationship and to update overall management policy that governs the relationship between NRC and DOE in the conduct of NRC-funded research programs at the DOE laboratories.
EFFECTIVE DATE: November 24,1998.
