SUBJECT:
IMPEP ORIENTATION AND TRAn llNG MANUAL FOR 1999 Enclosed please find the IMPEP Orientation and Training Manual for 1999. This manual was given out during the January 25,1999 training for new IMPEP team members, and replaces the manual that was handed out at the December 2,1997 training in its entirety.
The new manual is organized into seven sections:
