Based on the information in your facsimile dated January 26,1999, NRC will continue to review your license application based on the information contained in the registration certificate number IL-136-S-225-S, issued by the State of Illinois, information submitted by Nycomed Amersham to support the registration, and your commitment to abide by the conditions and provisions of the registration and supporting documents. In addition, we understand that Nycomed Amersham will provide the information requested in NRC's letter dated January 19,1999, to support the application for registration of the source with the NRC. A copy of this letter has been forwarded to the NRC Region 1 license reviewer for appropriate action.
