SUBJECT:
STATUS REPORT FRON NRC INCIDENT INVESTIGATION TEAM The Incident Investigation Team (llT) has arrived onsite and has initiated its investigation. An entrance meeting with the licensee was conducted at 9:00 a.m. on June 3, 1991.
The team has toured the facility and examined the e:;uipment and instrumentation associated witn the event. The team is in the early stages of conducting interviews, rev'iewing prccedures and drawings, and analyzing f acts.
A press conference is being scheduled for June 5, 1991.
