Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Task Order No. 4, Modification No. 2 Under Contract No. NRC-04-84-120 Entitled " Senior Advisory Review Group for the Hydrogen Burn Equipment Survival Program" This modification is being issued to extend the period of performance of the subject task order. This extension is necessitated as a result of delays in P
industry's hydrogen burn research programs, which are impacting NRC's ability to finish their review of the Hydrogen Burn Equipment Survival Issue.
Accordingly, the definitization letter dated July 9,1985 is revised to extend the period of performance. Therefore, effective March 21, 1986 this Task Order No. 4 shall be in effect as of July 31, 1985 and shall continue through December 30, 1986. This extension is accomplished at no additional cost to the contract.

All other terms and conditions of this Task Order rema'in unchanged.
