This document will be filed in PDR folder F01A-86-284 under your name. Portions of the document are being withheld from public disclosure based upon Exemptions (4) and (6) of the F01A.

Information withheld pursuant to Exemption (4) is confidential business disclosure pursuant to Exemption (4) of the F0IA (5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4)public (proprietary)information. This information is being withheld from 4

Information withheld pursuant to Exemption (6) consists of personal information the release of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. This information is being withheld from public disclosure pursuant to Exemption (6) of the F0IA (5 U.S.C 552(b)(6)) and 10 CFR 9.5 (a)(6) of the Commission's regulations.
