Dear Mr. Huddleston:
This refers to your application dated December 29,1997, requesting renewal of Certificates of Compliance Nos. 9156, for the Model No. IR-50 package; 9157 for the Model No. IR-100 package; and 9185 for the Model No, OP-100 package. Since an application was submitted at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the Certificates of Compliance, their renewalis subject to the provision of 10 CFR 71.38, and the Certificate of Compliance will not be deemed to have expired until the applications have finally been determined.
