This letter is in reference to your license authorizing distribution of devices to persons who hold a general license under 10 CFR Part 31.5.

U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (USNRC) regulations require that you report transfers or lack of transfers of such devices to general licensees under USNRC jurisdiction on a q'uarterly basis. A check of our files appears to indicate that reports for d
