It has recently come to my attention that certain NRC correspondence to the Duquesne Light Company regarding the Nuclear Group has not received distribution which reflects a recent change in our corporate structure.
Effective December 17,
- 1985, Mr.
Wesley W.
von Schack was appointed President and Chief Executive Office for the Duquesne Light Company succeeding Mr.
John M.
Arthur.
Mr.
Arthur retains the position of Chairman of the Board.
This change was made in order to conduct an orderly transition of responsibilities and duties prior to Mr. Arthur's retirement.
It is requested that correspondence to the Duquesne Light
- company, which included Mr. Arthur as receiving a copy, also include Mr.
von Schack.
Additionally, any future correspondence to be i
addressed to the President of the Company should be addressed to Mr.
von Schack.
Please take the appropriate steps to assure this information receives the correct distribution within.the NRC such that future distribution occurs as stated above.
