FEE DETERMINATIONS FOR CERTAIN EMERGENCY PLANS AND REVISIONS TO EMERGENCY PLANS The following companies have filed emergency plans or revisions to emergency plans for review. IE staff hours have been reported for fee billing purposes for the billing period June 23, 1984 through December 22, 1984, for reviews associated witn these plans, and letters were sent to these licensees accepting their submittals.

For your information, any change to an emergency plan which requires NRC approval because it decreases the effectiveness of the approved plan is subject to fees. If these items are subject to fees, item 1 would be under the current Part 170 which became effective June 20, 1984, and items 2 and 3 would be subject to fees in accordance with the March 23, 1978 regula-tions which set fees by classes since they were filed prior to June 20, 1984. If it is detemined that the applications identified as items 2 and 3 are fee recoverable, final fee detenninations should be provided so that we can collect the appropriate fees pursuant to the 1978 regulations. Copies of fee determination fonns are enclosed in case they are needed. For item 1, provid if fees are applicable.
