Mod # 18 Con # NRC-08-92-372 CONTINUATION PAGE The purpose of this modification is to 1) extend the period of performance of tais agreement to March 1, 1999 2) deobligate $10,000 from job code J5135, 3) obligate S40,000 in job code P.9600, 5) obligate $45,000 in job code L2335 $4) increase the net total funds obligated under this agreement by S75,000 from $1,400,927 to $1,475,927 and 5) increase the ceiling amount of the Agreement by $75,000 from $1,400,927 to $1,475,927. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
- 1. Article II - Period of Performance, the first sentence is revised to read:
The period of performance of this agreement shall be from March 1, 1990 through March 1,
- 1999,
- 2. Article V - Obligation of Funds and Estimated Amount is revised to read:
The total estimated amount of thia Agreement for the total period of performance (3/1/90 - 3/1/99) is $1,475,927.
The amount presently obligated by the NRC for this Agreement is $1,475,927.
