Request to Remove GE as Primary User / Owner of COC 4909

(1) Docket 71-4909, Certificate of Compliance 4909 (2) Letter, CM Vaughan to USNRC DCD, 11/20/97 On October 14,1997, we notified all registered users of NRC Certificate of Compliance 4909 that we no longer plan to use this package, and therefore will be terminating its use.
We further offered that if any of the users would like to assume ownership of the COC they should comaet us, or the NRC, and we would take the necessar :teps for the transfer ofownership.
We have i.ot been contacted by a iy of the registered usero, and therefore, request that the NRC terminate the certificate.
