Modification No. 2 to Task Ord r No. 6 Under Contract No. NRC 26 94 262 D'ar Mr. Hogg:
The subject Task Order expired on September 30,1997, and we are Initiating closeout action. However, pending complotion of all required closeout requirements,it is necessary to deobilgate excess funds remaining under Task Order No. 6 for other immediate agency requirements. Therefore, the purpose of this modification is to i
decrease the amount obligated by the Commission with respect to Task Order No. 6 by I
$428.15 from $32,584.00 to $32,155.85.
Accordingly, Task Order No. 6 is hereby revised as follows:
Paragraph 3 of the definitization letter dated, May 81997, is deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"The obilgated amount of this task order is $32,155.85."

All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
Please indt', ate your acceptance of this task order modification by having an official who is auth(,nzed to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document. You should retain one fully executed copy for your files, and return two copies to the address below within ten (10) days from the date of this letter.
