Pursuant to 10 CFR 26.71(d),"RecoiCeeping Requirements," Toledo Edison submits its semiannual Fitnest For-Duty (FFD) report for the period of July through December 1997 for the Davis Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1. provides Toledo Edison's FFD Program Performance Data. Attachment 2 novides a summary of management actions taken by Toledo Edison based on positve FFD testing results, presumptive positives, and a list of FFD event reports submitted by Toledo Edison.
