Enclosed for filing with the Commission are 3 originals and 19 copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56 This Application requests approval of a revised spent fuel storage safety analysis, previously filed with the Commission, which would permit an increase in the rate of transfer of fuel bundles from the reactor to the spent fuel pool.
In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Commission's Regulations, a check payable to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $150 is enclosed to cover the filing fee for this Application.
