RESPONSE TO IE INSPECTION REPORT 86-005, UNRESOLVED ITEM 255/86005-02 Consumers Power Company letter dated March 14, 1986, committed to performing a study regarding the problem with local leak rate test failures and have a corrective action plan for NRC Region III review by June 30, 1986. This commitment was carried in IE Inspection Report 86-005 dated April 11, 1986 as Unresolved Item 255/86005-02. The attached Corrective Action Plan is submitted in response to our commitment and unresolved Item 255/86005-02.
