Draft NC Regs -Reply Normally I would have time to review the NC regulations; however, in this instance I would prefer for the task to be assigned to someone else for three reasons as follows:
- 1) We have an allegation (old) envolving a SC licensee, and the Region has requested that I travel to SC in November and assist the State in documenting what, actions were taken in regards to the allegations, and a response to the alleger must be done by the end of November.
2)
I already have regulation revisions from the State (Commonwealth) of Kentucky that are due now for comments. These have not previously been placed on your tracking system because I wanted to review them in accordance with the newly adopted OSF procedure. These also should be processed in November.
3)
I have unused "take or loose" annual leave, an I had planned on using some of the leave during the month of November.
