All scheduled testing (annual operability and malfunction) for the years 1995,1996, and 1997 was completed as scheduled. The 1998 annua! operability testing (with the exception of Real-time testing) was conducted in Mry as a baseline for the Acceptance Test Plan for the new hardware platform. The 1998 testing of Malfunctions was to have been done in December of 1998, following completion of the ATP Due to delays in the completion of the ATP,it was not possible to finish the ATP and complete the malfunction testing as scheduled. On January 5,1999, t was decided to complete the ATP and subsequently test these malfunctions on the new platform. Because of this, a portion of the 1998 Malfunctions have been deferred to 1999. These are noted in Appendix 6 as
- deferred". Real-time testing will be conducted on the new pintform prior to declaring it Ready For Training.
