SUBJECT:
Modification No.11 to Contract No. NRC-26-91-297 entitled, " Upgrade of NRC Technical Training Center's Simulator Thermal Hydraulic Models"
Dear Mr. Bames:
The subject contract expired on August 27,1993, and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has initiated closeout action. According to our records, there are excess funds remaining under the contract. Pending completion of all required closecut requirements, it is necessary to deobligate these funds for other immediate agency requirements.
Therefore, enclosed for your review and execution are three (3) signed copies of the subject modification deobligating excess funds in the amount of $37,519.25. The deobligation amount does not include that part of the fixed fee not yet paid and still owed to you under the contract terms.
Please have an appropriate official sign all three (3) copies and return two (2) copies to the address below within ten (10) days from date of this letter. You should retain One (1) copy for your files.

's Contract No. 26-91-297 Modification No.11 Page 2 of 2 Based on available information, there are excess funds remaining under this contract.
Therefore, the purpose of this modification is to decrease the amount obligated by the Commission. Accordingly, the contract is hereby revised as follows:
1.
Under Subsection B.3, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-DELIVERY ORDERS, the amount obligated with respect to this contract is decreased by $2,324.46 from
$1,052,297.00 to $1,049,972.54. Therefore, Subsection B.3, Paragraph (b) is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"(b)
The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is
$1,049,972.54."

Under Subsection B.5, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-COST PLUS FIXED FEE, the amount obligated with respect to this contract is decreased by $35,194.79 from
$202,744.00 to $167,549.21. Therefore, Subsection B.5, Paragraph (c) is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"(c)
The total CPFF amount obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $167,549.21."
