SUBJECT:
01 FINDINGS CONCERNING ALLEGED INTIMIDATION OF TUGC0 QA AUDITORS BY TUGC0 QC MANAGEMENT We have received the attached investigation (case file number 4-84-050) from the Office of Investigations (01). The report describes 01's efforts to determine whether a Texas Utilities Generating Company (TUGCO) Quality Control (QC) supervisor at the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station (CPSES) intimidated quality assurance (QA) auditors. We understand that the Intimidation and Harassment Panel has been requested by Mr. V. Noonan to review this case.
Consequently, at your request, we are hereby forwarding you a copy of the OI report.
