Attached is a copy of the 1997 Waterford 3 biennial exercise package. Activities, functions or operations that will be simulated during that exercise are described in Section Ill.C.
It should be noted that the biennial exercise will be performed using the Waterford 3 Control Room Simulator. Most operational and SPDS data in the emergency response facilities will be provided by the simulator. Simulator data wiH be transmitted to the NRC using the Emergency Response Data System (ERDS).
