The purpose of this modification is to provide funds for the contractor's efforts associated with the following:
- 1) Activity 10 of the contractor's proposal of August 8. 1985, 2) handling and packaging of drawings, documents, information, etc.,
and 3) ceiling increase based upon payment of Invoice Nos. 53 and 54.
Therefore, the subject contract is revised as follows:

It is hereby agreed that the Government shall reilrburse the contractor the amount

- 3) maintain equipment, pursuant to the contractor's proposal of August 8, 1985. The contractor hereby confinns that these services wem performed during the period March 5,1985 through June 30, 1985, which represents the Stop Work Order period.

It is also hereby agreed that the Government shall reimburse the contractor the amount of $5,612.00 for the handling and packaging of documents, drawing and other infonnation pursuant to the below. The contractor shall absorb the shipping expenses related to the documents, drawing and other infonnation.
A.
All drawings and infonnation listed on Attachments I and II, entitled
" Zion Drawings" and "Information on Zion-1," respectively, and all Zion-1 proprietary / nonproprietary data, drawings, manuals, microfiche, notes, computer runs, etc., that were furnished to Zero One Systems, Inc., shall be packaged and shipped to:

- 1) Documents provided to Zero One, Inc., by LANL, INEL, ANL, KAPL and NRC in furtherance of the NPDB project, 2) Notebooks of Zero One Inc. staff who worked as reactor or computer specialists on NPDB project, and 3) Computer readable (tapes, diskettes, or cassettes) copies of the work processor version of the NPDB documentation shall be packaged and shipped to:

The contractor remains obligated and responsible to complete and deliver any deliverable item (s) required prior to the 5 top Wori Order period.

The contractor esarrants that all software provided under this contract is not proprietary.
3.
Article II - Period of Performance, is deleted in its entirey, and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
i Article II - Period of Performance The period of performance is hereby extended forn January 4,1985 July 30,1986 to cover work performed by the Contractor during the period December 31, 1984 through March 5,1985 (verbally authorized by the Contracting Officer). This involved performance of work set forth in the previous unsigned Modification No.16, dated January 17, 1985.
Specifically, t.he work involved the following:
1.
Tasks 15,16 and 17 - Documentation Pe rformed ef fort on necessary documentation.
2.
Tasks 18, 20, and 21 - Final Report Performed effort for summary report.
3.
Task 22 - Overview Doceentation Performed effort for manual.
4.
Task 23 - Acceptance Testing Performed extensive LANL on-site and contractor site problem res ol utio n.
1 5.
Task 24 - N05 BE Conversion Completed prior to period in question.
6.
Task 25 - User Training Provided training telephone support & docuentation to users.
Task 26 - Sign-on/ Sign-off Coding at INEL 7.

It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full performance of this contract will be increased by $95,650.45 free $1,838,671.00 to $1.934,321.45, of which the sum of
$1,764,944.11 represents the estimated reimbursable costs and l
of which $169,377.34 represents the fixed fee, inclusive of fees for both Invoice Nos. 53 and 54.
2.
The amount of $95,650.45 combined with the remaining obligated funds under this contract are sufficient to cover the following: 1)$23,549.83 for Activity 10, 2) $5,612.00 fixed price, without profit, for handling and packaging of documents i
drawings, etc. 3)$54.486.78 for Invoice No. 54, of which l
$49,433.44 represents the retabursable costs, and of which
$4,953.34 represents the fixed fee, and 4) $62,162.78 for Invoice No. $3, less the amount of $34,162.78, which represents partial payment.

Total funds available for payment are increased by $95,650.45, from $1.838,671.00 to $1.934,321.45.
The agreements reached in Paragraphs 1 through 4 in this Modification No.16 represent a complete and equitable adjustment for performance of the services set forth herein.
Note: This Modification No.16 obligates the amount of $95,650.45. This amount combined with the remaining obligated amount of $15,998.58 is sufficient to cover the following:
a.
$23,549.23 for Activity No. 10 b.
$5,612.00 for packaging and handling of documents, drawings, etc.
c.
$54,486.78 for Invoice No. 54 d.
$28,000.43 for Invoice No. 53.
