In Reference (b), Maine Yankee submitted, pursuant to 10 CFR Part 50.90, an application to amend the Technical Specifications to reflect the permanently defueled status of the plant In response to a request from the NRC, we are hereby supplying an updated Technical Specification page 5-8 which includes a specification relating to cold weather operations.
This supplement does not affect the summary of Significant Hazards Evaluation presented in Attachment II of Reference (b).
