Modification No. I to Task Order No.114 entitled. "First Update of the Steam Generator Database (SGD)" under NRC-03-95 026 t
The purpose of this modification is to increase the level of effort in the task order in accordance with the Contractor's proposal dated December 12, 1998 and the attached revised 50W: increase ceiling amount in the task order by $33,069.00, from $36,435.00 to $69,504.00, increase the amount obligated in l
the task order-by $47,004.00, from $22,500.00 to 5' 504.00, and extend the period of performance of the task order through April 30, 1998. Accordingly, the task order is modified as follows:
The second paragraph, as modified in the basic task order, beginning with
" Task Order No.
114... ", is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No.
114 shall be effective from September 23, 1997 through April 30, 1998. The total cost ceiling is $69,504.00, The amount cf
$64.122.00 represents the reimbursable costs and the amount of
$5,382.00 represents the fixed fee."
This task order modification obligates funds in the amount of $47,004.00.
