REVISION 23 DATED FEBRUARY 2, 1998 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), TVA has enclosed a revision to the subject SPT&QP.
TVA has determined that these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan and prior NRC l
approval is not required.
Enclosed you will find the subject item and instructions for updating Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) copies six (6) through eleven (11).
The Enclosure describes the details of this revision:
(1) to update definitions, and (2) to clarify the responsibility of Security training.
