Request for Change in the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan Dated 11/13/97
Dear Mr. Weber:
With reference to activities authorized by NRC License SNM-1097 at the GE fuel fabrication plant in Wilmington, North Carolina, GE is submitting FNMCP changes pursuant to 10 CFR 70gc).
The attachment contains FNMC Plan change descriptions, and replaces Chapters 3,4 and 7 of the plan change in Ref 2 above.
