Nuciear Regulatory Commission Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555 DOCKET 50-255 - LICENSE DPR PALISADES PLANT PALISADES NUCLEAR PLANT SECURITY PLAN, REVISION 40 Attached are one original and three copies of the Palisades Nuclear Plant Security Plan, Revision 40. This attachment includes a description of, and justification for, the changes included in Revision 40 and the revised pages to be entered into the Plan.
Consumers Energy Company has determined that the changes contained in Revision 40 do not degrade the overall safeguards effectiveness of the Palisades Security Plan.
Therefore, this revision is submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2).
SUMMARY
OF COMMITMENTS This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
