- On January 20,1997, the NRC completed a routine resident inspection at your Paducah  :

Gaseous Diffusion Plant. The enclosed report presents the results of the inspection, During the J period covered by the inspection report, the conduct of activities at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant were generally adequate.

L Based upon the results of the inspection, the NRC has determined that violations of NRC L - requirements occurred. The violations are cited in the enclosed Notice of Violation (Notice) and-.
