Enclosed are applications for renewal of operating license (Form 398) for each of the individuals listed below:

We require the renewd oflicenses to meet the commitment in the FSAR and NUREG-0737 for normal shift requirements, retraining, vacation relief, illness and unexpected turnover.
Mr. Byford is the supervisor for Unit I and Unit 2 Operations Training. Mr. Walters is a Shift Supervisor on an operating shift Mr. Edwards, Mr. Goecke and Mr. Soukup 4
perform administrative duties associated with the operation of Arkansas Nuclear One -
Unit 1.
Also enclosed please find Medical Certification (Form 396) for each of the individuals.
