Dear Mr Cottle:

This refers to the meeting conducted in the Region IV office on February 10,1998. This meeting related to review of the licensee's plans for preparation of the June 1998 operator license examinations as well as future examinations. We have concluded that this me.ating was beneficial, and we now have a better understanding of how you intend to prepare examinations which meet examination standards when they are initially submitted.
