Applicants herewith respond to the Joint Motion for i
Reconsideration by SAPL, Hampton Falls and South Hampton of Board Order of June 24, 1986 Granting Applicants' Motion to Compel Responses to Interrogatories and say that the same should be denied.
The joint movants seek reconsideration on i
the basis of a prior Board ruling made in different circumstances.
Here no protective order was ever sought.

was a defined term in the interrogatories which included cross-examination.
This motion is a case of too little too late and should be treated as such.
