in accordance with Section G.3 entiticd," Task Order Procedures" of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. 7. The effort shall be performed in accordance with the enciosed Statement of Work.
Task Order No. 7 shall be in effect from February 9,1998 through September 30,1998, with a ceiling of $27,093.00. The amount of $22,930.00 represents the total firm-fixed-price for the presentation of courses as stated h the enclosed Statement of Work. The amount of $4,163.00 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs fear travel associated with this task order.

PURPOSE ~-
The Nucleir Regulatory Dommission (NRC) has established a ' training program -
-v V to support the qualification'of NRC inspector personnel..Part of thjs program requires the individuals to become familiar with performance-based inspections.
