MODIFICATION NO. 1 TO TASK ORDER NO. 3 ENTITLED " DEVELOPMENTAL ASSESSMENT NUMERICAL TECHNIQUES" UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-04-97-046 The purpose of th's modification is to allot $35,704 in incremental funds to this task order pursuant to FAR clause 52.232-22 " Limitation of Funds."
Accordingly, Task Order No. 3 is hereby modified as follows:
The total estimated cost for full performance of this task order remains
$103,704. $35,704 in incremental funding is hereby allotted to Task Order No.
- 3. This action changes the total cumulative funds obligated for performance of this task order frou $68,000 to $103.704. The Cortractor shall not incur costs for this task order which exceed the cumulative obligated amount of
$103.704. All other terms and conditions of Task Order No. 3 remain unchanged.
